Thea Mørk travels home from the European Championships

Thea Mørk is facing thigh injury. She leaves the handball team from European championship ob Tuesday afternoon.

“Thea is done and goes home this afternoon,” said Thorir Hergeirsson, national team chief at Tuesday’s press meeting in French Brest.

In the championship debut, the 27-year-old won only a few minutes against the Czech Republic. Dark has been a lot of harm, and this time it was the thigh that stopped her.

“It was an easy decision to take. It’s sad, said Hergeirsson.

Camilla Herrem was taken to the EM squad on Monday. She is highly up-to-date in the Group Final against Romania on Wednesday.

– We’ll see tomorrow. Camilla is in great shape. How well will we answer tomorrow tomorrow, said the national team boss.
