Saturday runs military columns on fv. 30 and E6 in Trøndelag.

In connection with the NATO exercise Trident Juncture, several military columns run on roads in Trøndelag on Saturday.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration states in a press release that military columns have a different driving pattern than other traffic. A column can consist of up to twelve vehicles, and the speed may be lower than the allowed speed. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration asks road users to be extra aware and show consideration, and calculate a little extra driving time on the relevant roads, in the relevant time periods.

Traffic in the exercise areas

– Delays are expected, and in times of major delays, on the relevant road network in November, as a result of this, the road network writes in the press release.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration recommends that you choose the E6 Gudbrandsdalen until 15 November if you want to drive between Oslo and Trondheim.
