Pedestrians hit in Bjørndalen

A person was hit on a pedestrian crossing in Bjørndalen on Saturday afternoon. Police seized the license of driver who hit the pedestrian on the crossing lane. Victim was sent to hospital.

– A 21 year old man was hit in the pedestrian crossing. The man suffered head injury, health units at spot took him to St. Olavs Hospital, operative leader Stig Roger Olsen reported to the police.

The pedestrian zone is just south of the intersection of John Aas road and Bjørndalen.

“We make a case and investigate the case in the usual way,” said the operation manager.
