Norway rises to 52nd place at the FIFA rankings, Belgium secures 1st place

The Norwegian football league climbs to 52nd place on the fresh FIFA rankings. Belgium and World Champion France share the first place.

After victory over Cyprus and loss against Bulgaria in the national league, Lars Lagerbäck’s men will be careful progress.

Bulgaria, on the other hand, climbs three places and is best placed by Norway’s 44th-place opponents.

At the top of the list, FIFA has ranked Belgium and France in the 1st place, but Belgium is mentioned first with its 1729.25 ranking points against the French 1729.12.

By comparison, Norway has 1405 ranking points.

Brazil is in third place on the list while losing World Cup finalist Croatia is number four. Germany raises three places and is in 12th place after falling sharply due to the summer’s World Cup fiasco.

Denmark is best ranked by the Nordic teams in the 10th place. Sweden is number 15, while Iceland falls four to 36th place after a terrible introduction to the national league.
