A 40-year-old man charged on two assault cases in Stavanger District Court. he was charged for pulling the clothes of a woman and committing her and revealing herself to a minor girl.
Authorities says he pulled the clothes of a woman who, according to the accused, was unable to oppose the actions of the accused, then to have conquered her.
Shortly thereafter, the man has said to a girl under the age of 16 that he “felt pedophile sparks” when he saw her. Then he must have revealed himself to the girl.
The 40-year-old is also charged with damages at the site of the abusers, as well as threats to police officers and for failing to comply with police orders to stay away from the center.
“I do not want to comment on the case before the trial,” says the defense defender, lawyer Knut Lerum in the law firm Torstrup.
One day is set for trial, starting in Stavanger District Court in late October.
