Leicester felt it deserved a penalty on Monday’s match against Arsenal

On Monday, Arsenal turned the conclusion on its favor after a self goal by Héctor Bellerín after 31 minutes and won the match by 3-1 against Leicester. It was Arsenal’s tenth in a row victory in all tournaments.

However, Leicester is not very happy with the conclusion and feel cheated for a denied penalty against Arsenal.

Leicester’s manager Claude Puel said, “Leicester lost 1-3 against Arsenal, but the match could look different if the team had a deserved penalty after a quarter”.

According to him, Christopher Kavanagh should have given a penalty to Leicester for Rob Holding handled the ball in his own field after a quarter. However, Holding just received a yellow card but Puel feels that he should have got one more.

– “In my opinion, it was a penalty and expulsion. And at the time we dominated the match we could have continued our strong achievement by eleven to ten, Leicester manager Claude Puel said about the situation.

Leicester opened the match with a thunder but Arsenal soon made a come back into the match. Mesut Özil settled off, and in the second place the German captain was very involved when Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang became a scorer.

Arsenal’s manager Unai Emery said that Özil  gave a very good performance today.

After the victory, Özil felt proud for being the captain of the team and also said that Arsenal had played “sexy” football.

On Thursday, the London team will meet Sporting Lisboa in the European League before Crystal Palace and Alexander Sørloth are the next opponent in the Premier League Sunday.
