Housing prices fell by 0.5 per cent in November

Housing prices in Norway fell by 1.5 per cent in November. Corrected for seasonal variations, prices fell by 0.5 per cent.

Housing prices are now 2.0 percent higher than a year ago.

– Housing prices went down somewhat more than usual in November this year. The weak price development must be seen in conjunction with the wide range of housing in the market we have had throughout the year. A large offer usually gives a weaker development in house prices, “says Christian Vammervold Dreyer, Managing Director in Eiendom Norge.
