Evry acquired Exonor to strengthen the technology in the health sector

Evry has acquired 100% of the share capital of Exonor, a leading provider of strategic consultancy and support services in relation to implementing clinical IT systems.

With the technological advancements in almost every sector, the health sector will also be investing significantly in modernising its core technology systems and in making greater use of industry standard system. This will help in improving the patient care and simplifying the collaboration within and between individual health trusts. Important factors to achieve these aims include improving work processes, simplify how people collaborate, and improving training and service levels.

Exonor has offices in Oslo, Helsinki, Uppsala and Copenhagen. The company currently consists of 17 highly capable employees but with its increasing demand, it is expected to double its headcount over a year. The company has also set up help desk that serves hospitals across the Nordic region.
