Check count of votes completed in Sweden

The check count of the votes in the Swedish parliamentary elections has been completed without major changes in the election results.

It reports the news agency TT Sunday morning. The count has taken a little longer than assumed, since the electoral participation was high and many chose to pre-vote closely on the election day.

The mandate distribution will formally be in place when the Authority has held a meeting and confirmed the fine countdown that has been carried out around the country.

According to the preliminary result, which was clear after all foreign and pre-voting speeches were spoken, the red-green parties have 144 mandates, the Alliance has 143, while the Swedish Democrats have 62 representatives in the Riksdag.
