Casper Ruud climbs back 10 positions on the world ranking

Casper Russ, a 19 years old Tennis player, has jumped back 10 places on world Tennis ranking this week. He is currently at 117th rank and is only 9 places behind his own best-shooting from last year.

Last week, the Norwegian profile reached the semifinals in a Challenger tournament in Canada. He lost the match for Australian player Jordan Thompson.

The scores were  7-6 (7-5), 0-6, 6-7 (4-7) respectively. Ruud was ranked at number 5 in the tournament.

The player will play another Challenger tournament this week in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Nevertheless, the position on top of the world rankings is unchanged. Rafael Nadal is still in front of Novak Djokovic, while Roger Federer is treating.
