Ålgård murderer would be jailed for 12 years

The prosecutor asks in the court that the 30-year-old should be sentenced for twelve years in prison for killing 26-year-old at Ålgård in Rogaland last August.
The trial goes against the end, and prosecutor Folke Åmlid filed a petition in Jæren District Court on Thursday, reports Stavanger Aftenblad .

“There are extremely aggravating circumstances in this case. The action is committed against a unrelated person, unprovoked and without any inquiry, said Attorney General at the procedure.

26-year-old Kjetil Kilen Aase was found on August 12th last year in a care home at Ålgård. The accused man was arrested shortly afterwards. The two knew each other and were part of a loaded environment.

According to the accusation, the 26-year-old was suffocated by putting gauze in his throat. In addition to killing, the 30-year-old is accused of abusing the body.
